We treat the following conditions causing Neck pain…

Cervical Degenerative Disease

occurs from wearing down of the discs in the neck from daily activity due to loss of water in the inner annulus of the disc causing the disc to collapse.

Cervical Radiculopathy

pain that shoots down the arm which is also known as “pinched nerve.” It occurs due to a herniated disc impinging on cervical nerve root exiting the spinal cord.

Cervical Facet Disease

this may present with worsening pain with turning of the neck. This can be treated with injection.

HEAD AND FACE PAIN

We treat the following Head and Face pain conditions…

Headache – there are many different types of headaches that can be managed with a combination of medications and interventional procedures.

Chronic Migraine – are recurrent headaches are pulsatile in nature that occur over 15 days a month.

Facial Pain (Trigeminal Neuralgia) – are one-sided headache that produce sudden, brief piercing pain that can be triggered by a touch to the face.

Cluster Headaches – are severe burning headaches around the eye that can sometimes be accompanied by autonomic or sympathetic signs including ocular symptoms, nasal congestion, and watering of the
eye that can occur up to several days for several weeks to several months. This type of headache can be treated with medication and interventional procedures.

Occipital Neuralgia – is a chronic headache located in the back of the head up to the back of the ears and the eyebrow.
